Hello. It's Thursday already and I have a colourful card to share with you today. My challenge to Kim this week was to use a Hero Arts stamp. I just told Kim that I purchased a new stamp for this challenge, and she said she did too. Not seeing each other's card yet, we wonder if we purchased the same stamp. I swore I wasn't going to get on the cupcake band wagon, and held off for six months, but when I saw the cupcake stamps sitting there looking lonely on the shelf, I buckled in. Let's go take a peak to see what Kim made with her new stamp.
This clear acrylic stamp set is new to Hero Arts. Image was stamped onto watercolour paper with black Stazon, and watercoloured with Tombow markers. There is lots of sugary glitter and Stickles all over the cupcakes. It sparkles and shines and looks so pretty in real life. Measurements of this card is 6 x 6. The easiest way for you to make this size of card is to cut your 12 x 12 cardstock in half.
Background paper has sparkle too. A glue pen was used on the flourishes and Galmour Dust was sprinkled over top of the glue, to add sparkle and shine.
Don't these cupcakes look yummy enough to eat?
