Hi folks. Are you all back to work now that Christmas is over, or are you taking extended vacation? My extended vacation is over. For personal reasons I have been off work for 18 months, and I'm excited to say I'm looking forward to returning to my old full-time position. With me returning to work, I need to look at how to better serve you, while being mindful of the long hours it takes to put into blogging.
There are many new ideas swirling around in my head. I'd like to push myself to the next level, but I need your help. How can you help, you ask. Well, on my side bar there are a few quick questions that I would like you to answer. My poll is set up so you can answer with the click of a button. No writing is necessary. Simple.
Please, if you are a subscriber, would you mind taking the time to click to be linked right onto my blog site, because my poll cannot be viewed through your subscription.
I wanted to offer up some blog candy for your participation, but I really want to listen to my viewers rather than having people filling in a poll just for the chance of winning blog candy.
How about this. If I have a good response, I will offer up some wonderful blog candy, valued at $20+, once the poll is closed in a week. Donnie has been watching me clean and reclean my studio for the past month. It's been torn apart and now I have unused rubber to share with you folks!
Happy New Year to you and your family. You have made it so enjoyable to blog. I treasure the friendships I have gained over the past few months, of blogging, and look forward to getting to know more of you.
Hugs,
Beth

I have you in Google Reader as I hated Feedblitz, and this works so much better. I was wondering why you wanted to know about those of us near Sarnia-I am in Michigan near Flint which is sorta close but not right downt the block. I love to come to Port Huron and sit in the summer and watch the boats and tankers go up and down and sometimes they open a lighthouse to tour. I dont have a passport to come into Canada tho-and wont buy one unless I get my boat trip to Europe. I think they are over prices just to cross the border for dinner, so I am saving my cash. But I am not far from you as the crow flies.
I'm so sad to hear your vacation is over! I would love to see how you do some of the things you do! I think it wonderful to see everyones creative process! I wish I leaved close enough for a dinner with you! I enjoy your blog so much! Happy New Yea, My friend!
Hi Beth, I have voted :) I love the tutorials and would like to see more pics from time to time although I realise your time will be tighter from now on. Not sure about the links as I also subscribe to Allison's blog so tend to see just about everything there!
Happy New Year to you and your family and really good luck with returning to your job.
Good luck with the return to work! Don't worry too much about the blog we know you will keep it fabulous no matter what changes you make. Happy New Year!
See you at Lasting Impressions in the new year!

Hi Beth.......thank you for your kind comment on my blog :o) I just took your poll. I always like taking polls :o) I do like the idea of seeing the process of what you make. I always like to see how someone creates their piece. Makes me understand more or at least easier...i am a visual person. I like the links of interest also since there are so many things out there that I don't know or have seen. Wishing you a wonderful new year!
It must be exciting to return to work after 18 months off. I hope you don't find it too much work to keep the blog going; I really enjoy your posts and tutorials

Hi Beth-I just found your blog by linking over from Tattered Edge, and I'm so glad I did! I looked around a little bit and it looks like you do so many different things, and I can learn a lot! I'll definitely be a regular...and I voted too!
Hi Beth...your tuts are great and different (that's why you are a Technique Junkie!). So I say, stay what you are good with (if you have to devote your energies to only certain things...). Cheers!
Hi Beth,
Enjoyed seeing your work. Love the japanese card.
I live in Ingersoll just outside of London heading to-ward Toronto! Visit cousins in Sarnia, and my parents lived in Petrolia! Small work eh?
Happy New Year
Maggie
